We even offered to split our group to 2 homes if needed but he stated he couldn’t get approval for it so we were stuck in the home during our stay. He advised he was unable to move us because he didn’t have a home to accommodate our group size. We notified staff and management (Max) on the day of check in. I stayed at 7652 Fairfax Dr which was an 11 bedroom home. I agree with the other reviews that the resort is going downhill. This stay was not so great and highly disappointing.
